Distributions

A Distribution is a list of Contacts, grouped in order to be managed together as a single entity (sending mail, assigning tasks)
Distributions can be managed in the same viewer as Contacts.

 


 

Create a New Distribution
1. Click the Create Distribution button on the toolbar.

 


2. Select from the available set the Contacts that you need to make part from your Distribution, by moving them to the selected set.
3. Enter information in text boxes, within the available pages. Use the Tab key to move from box to box.
4. Click the Save and Close button to save the record.

 

Editing a Distribution
1. Select a Distribution in the viewer and click the Edit button on the toolbar. The Distribution Editor will be displayed.

 

Deleting a Distribution
1. Select a Distribution in the viewer and click the Delete button on the toolbar.
2. Answer Yes to the confirmation prompt to remove the Distribution.

 

Sharing a Distribution
Within the Contacts viewer, select a Distribution and rightClick on it. Choose the Sharing option from the Context Menu.


 

Filtering and Searching Distributions

Within the Contacts viewer press the Search button. The searching bar will be displayed. Write the searching text and press Find Now.
